Using the perfluorinated copper phthalocyanine (F16CuPc) as a hole injection material (HIM) and a carbazole derivative (CBP: 4,4\u0027-dicarbazolyl biphenyl) as a hole transporting material with no exciplex formation nature with OXD-7 enhanced the device performances. The turn-on voltage was 10.5 V, the maximum external quantum efficiency reached 0.8% at a current density of approximately 50 mA/cm(2), and the maximum radiance of EL light reached 10 mW/cm(2).
