The experiments were determined on the effects of fish oil and pork fat supplement for the fatty acid composition of total and individual lipids of egg yolk by the method of gas liquid chromatography. The results obtained were as follows. 1) The egg production and body weight gain were reduced with the addition of fish oil to the basal diet and were increased with the addition of pork fat. 2) The addition of fish oil to the basal diet resulted in a increase of choresterol, cholesteryl esters and FFA contents in egg yolk lipid. Phospholipids were increased with the pork fat feeding. 3) The decreasing of linoleic and the increasing of palmitic acid contents in the phospholipids and FFA fraction of egg yolk lipids were observed with the addition of fish oil to the basal diet. Adding of pork fat to the basal diet, resulted in a increase in the level of linoleic acid and decrease in the level of total saturated fatty acids. 内容記述 | 産卵鶏に低脂質飼料,魚油10%添加飼料,豚脂10%添加飼料を60日間それぞれ給与した。その産卵した卵黄の脂質を脂質各分画について定量した。その脂肪酸組成を測定し,給与飼料の脂肪酸組成が卵黄脂質の脂肪酸紅成におよぼす影響について検討した。得られた結果は次のようである。1.魚油の給与によって体重の減少,産卵率の低下があり,豚脂の添加は体重を上昇させ,産卵率を維持した。2.魚油の給与によって卵黄のコレステロール,.遊離脂肪酸が増加し,リン脂質がやや減少した。豚脂の添加はリン脂質を増加させた。3.魚油の給与によって卵黄のリン脂質,遊離脂肪酸の脂肪酸組成中リノール酸が減少しパルミチン酸および多不飽和脂肪酸が増加した。豚脂の給.与によってリノール酸が増加し,総飽和脂肪酸はやや減少した。トリグリセリドの脂肪酸組成は比較的影響を受けることが少なかった。 | |||||
