The Report of the Project for Psychological Services to Teachers at the School: Searching the Influencing Factor to the Mental Health of Teachers

In this paper, processes of the project for psychological services to teachers at the school were reported. Finding the way of realistic supports and the difficulties through case studies were focused. The team support and the cooperation were keywords through the discussion. On the other hand, the difficulties to cooperate with other people were discussed. The difficulties of cooperation itself cause stress. The keys to attempt cooperation in the effective way were increasing consciousness to the cooperation, sharing the concrete image of the cooperation and placing the role and the system which controls the feature of the team. Before cooperation, needs for intentional preparation was discussed.
