The practice of integrated studies is widely spreading in Japanese schools by the renewed Course of Study. In order to improve the practice, it is important for teachersto have the vision of educational management of integrated studies. This paper is the consideration on the vision of educational management according to the analysis on the case study of integrated studies, and is also the consideration on the structure of the vision. It is clarified that the important elements of the vision are projecting, decision-making and supporting. The idea of school management is made by thinking carefully these elements. Especially in integrated studies, it is important to clarify the aim of learning, to cross-over several subjects and to create integrated curriculum. In the structure of the vision, the clarification, crossing-over subjects, creativity are also very important elements.
