Formula (14) is practical formula under this case. Now, C_0 and β are coefficients whose value are given in Fig.1 and Fig.2 respectively. β in (14), however, contains fo to be pursued, therefore we have to put forward the oparation as follows. First of all the first approximate value (f_1) is calculated by formula (15), then get a value of β_1 corespohding v_1=e/f_1 Through Fig.2. the second approximate value (f_2) will be soon calculated thus f_2=β_1f_1. When we repeat this oparation several times in the same way, f_1, f_2, f_3……will astrigent to a true value (f_0).
