We have analyzed human gene polymorphism of aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH2), serotonin transporter (5HTT), adrenaline β3 receptor (β3AR), tumor necrosis factor (TNFα), and uncoupling protein 3 (UCP3) from DNA samples prepared from blood of about 200 volunteers・ The relationships among gene polymorphism, constitution, constitution, and life custom and way were examined by the statistical work A remarkable correlation to improve life style was not observed among them.
