美濃帯味噌川コンプレックスのマンガンノジュールから産出した中期ジュラ紀新世および後期ジュラ紀古世の放散虫化石群集

The Misogawa complex is one of the Jurassic subduction complexes of the Mino Terrane, central Japan. This complex in the Kaida area, Nagano Prefecture is divided into three units (the Nishino, Tabanosawa and Tokonami units) on the basis of lithology. Well-preserved Jurassic radiolarian fossils are obtained from manganese nodules included in the Misogawa complex in the Kaida area. The radiolarian assemblages from the nodules are correlated with Unuma echinatus assemblage, Guexella nudata assemblage and Gongylotholax sakawaensis-Stichocapsa naradaniensis assemblage. Among them, the Gongylotholax sakawaensis-Stichocapsa naradaniensis assemblage is the youngest radiolarian assemblage from the manganese nodules in the Jarassic subduction complexes of Japan.
