The structure of amphiphilic polymacromonomer which has oligo-maltose side chains on polystyrene backbone was characterized by the small-angle X-ray scattering and the molecular modeling. This polymacromonomer was found to be represented by the molecular bottlebrush composed of a large helix of polystyrene backbone and olig0-maltose brushes. A large helix of polystyrene backbone is formed by a random sequence of TT, TG and/or TTGG.
