The results in the town level are as follows: (1) Due to the urbanization, the farmland area significantly reduced by around 60%, since 1947. (3) The potential rate of regional self-supply of food and biomass energy for home use has been falling. Because, from the amount of needs every home level and the town population in the present time, it is considered to way out of the suitable capacity based on the local production. The results viewed as rural community were as follows: (1) It has been keeping enough potential regional self-supply. And this excess production of food and biomass energy can be supplied with the urban district. (2) Debasing of local resource and labor shortage had grown into a serious problem.
