First, in the case of seasonal change, the change of PWV is divided in summer season and winter, and has a clearly seasonal variation. Furthermore, seasonal variations of PWV are same movements on a large scale, because the turning point changes every year and there are no differences each station. Next, diurnal variation of PWV in August has differences each area due to moisture transport by local circulations.
