"長野県下の標高900～1,400mに位置する真田町菅平，軽井沢町，南牧村野辺山，富士見町の各地において耕地土壌を採取し，キュウリ種子及びジャガイモの組織片を用いた捕捉法によりPythium属菌の分離を行い，合わせて82菌株のPythium属菌を得た。これらの分離菌株について形態的特徴に基づいて種を同定し，更にrDNA ITS領域のPCR-RFLP解析を行って種間および菌株間でRFLPパターンを比較した。その結果，P. deliense 7菌株，P. hydnosporum 1菌株，P. sylvaticum 13菌株，P. torulosum 1菌株，P. ultimum 43菌株，P. nayoroense 14菌株及び未同定Pythium属菌２種３菌株を認めた。このうちP. ultimumは全分離菌株の過半数を占め，更に全ての調査地より分離されたことから，この種が長野県下の高冷地耕地土壌に優占的に分布していると考えられた。またPCR-RFLP解析の結果，分離同定したPythium属菌各種の菌株間でRFLPパターンは一致し，種内多型は認められなかった。その一方でP. nayoroenseはP. ultimumと同一のRFLPパターンを示し，これら２種は形態的にもよく類似していることから，今後両菌の分類学的取り扱いについての詳細な検討が望まれた。", "subitem_description_language": "ja", "subitem_description_type": "Abstract"}]}, "item_6_description_30":
