In the present paper, the authors examined the progress and background of the Ina-Seibu Agricultural Development Project. (we called I. S. A. D. P.) It's progress is divided into the following 4 periods, (1) period of the Jobu-Tenryu Project (1954~1961), (2) period to grope for some projects (1961~1967), (3) period of survey of the I. S. A. D. P. (1967~1970), (4) period of the I. S. A. D. P. to aim introducing the field irrigation (1970~1972). In the period of (1) and (2), purpose of the project was production of the paddy field and it was supported by farmer's idea, while, in the period of (3), the project changed construction form from the paddy field to the rotation from paddy to other crops, and moreover in the period of (4), purpose of the project changed once again to the form of the field irrigation with the National Agricultural Policy that "Rice" was produced so much sufficient that construction of the paddy field must be pro-hibited., Article, 信州大学農学部紀要 17(1): 55-76(1980)}, pages = {55--76}, title = {伊那西部農業開発事業に関する事例的研究(II)―伊那西部開発の展開過程―}, volume = {17}, year = {1980} }
