 note = {This is a study that is about our national forestry labor-supplying source. For current Japanese forestry, because a decrease and an aged rate of the working force make a progress, an acquisition and a fix of the new working force are requested. In this study, it considers the general labor market in order to deepen understanding about an economic background of a birth place person out of the prefecture who gets to work newly at forestry. Recently, a young person tends to attach importance to a factor except a wages in sense of occupation, and it activates a change of their occupation. Don't intend simply of course, if the general labor market is activated, a forestry worker increase. Also, there is a problem of the aged working force as an important theme and is thought that it gets serious especially in future. Actually, an aged person has an intention to work after the age limit, in order to maintain an own life,makes a living standard improve.
