 note = {The working circumstance in forestry laborer are inferior to those in other indusutries. In our country, the forestry laborers have been decreasing in number and their age has been getting older. If such situations continue, the forestry laborers will cease to exist in the near future. But recently, there are some cases that a new type of forest laborers come into the forestry labor. In this paper, I investigate the case study of the Kawahigasi landowners Association. Kawahigasi landowners Association has brought a project to a successful issue by high mechanization of forestry. Kawahigasi Landowners Association has buckled down to the difficult task such as management diversification. But the laborers are too old for this kind of work, and they have been growing older recently. Kawahigasi Landowners Association introduced a highly efficient harvester and processing machinery. A change of the character in the working process has brought the new participants in forestry labor. Their character is different from previous forestry laborers'. That is, they don't have any paddy fields or plowed fields. They are young forestry laborers and they don't have their own houses to live in. Kawahigasi Landowners Association has expended a great effort to improve their working conditions, especially living conditions.
