At hide place, there was high correlation between accumuiative temperature and frost-heaving hight. 2. From analysis of relation between correlation coefficients and environments of forest road, it appeared that the places, showed high correlation efficient, had factors of causing to high frost-heaving, for example, hide place, place of high water content, place uncovered with snow, banking side of road, etc. 3. From examination of resisting capacity before and after frost-heaving in last winter, it appeared that the resisting capacity declined in most places.
