Construction equipments are the hand-tractor (2 types), the light vibration-roller and the vibro-plate. The treatment of surface was made mostly using Fuji-Beton and partly Portland-Cement. Form of the cross-section of this road has two different types such as L type and V type (Fig. 5). As to the drainage method of this road, form underdrain which Netlon-pipe and Gravel was used was adopted (Fig. 5). The tests are continuing since 1975 and in the present paper, the authors will report only on the construction results. The results obtained are summarized as follows; (1) It becomes are suitable for this test, but these machine should be improved partially. (2) Fuji-Beton, as to soil stabilizer, was more effective to the construction, but several problems will be left behind us.
