note = {We analyze residual spectra of 3 K blackbody radiation (CMB) using non-extensive thermostatistics with a parameter q - 1. The limits of vertical bar q - 1 vertical bar < 1.2 x 10(-5) and the temperature fluctuation vertical bar delta T vertical bar < (1.6-4.3) x 10(-5) are smaller than those by Tsallis et al. Moreover, analyzing the monopole spectrum by a formula including the chemical potential mu, we obtain the limits vertical bar q - 1 vertical bar < 2.3 x 10(-5) and vertical bar mu vertical bar < 1.6 x 10(-4). vertical bar q - 1 vertical bar is comparable with the Sunyaev-Zeldovich effect y., Article, PHYSICS LETTERS A. 376(47-48):3567-3571 (2012)},
