In this paper the state of the oil flow after passing through the orifice of the fluid resistance and the effects of the accumulator capacity and the fluid resistance value of the orifice on the increasing process of the accumulator capacity pressure were investigated in the case that the pressured oil was fed into the accumulator from the constant pressure source. The two values-the accumulator capacity and the fluid resistance of the orifice-were defined in the same idea as in the 1st report, and a newly developed function the 'time coefficient' was induced as the product of those two values.
