 note = {Comparison between the order by Walsh's definition and that by Paley's on Walsh functions is discussed and the system {Φn*} which is subset of Walsh system is introduced. Thus the algorithms of Walsh functions generation by a sequential method and a given order method are derived ; these algorithms are compatible with Walsh's and Paley's order. Furthermore the procedure of conversion from Walsh's or Paley's order to another is obtained.
