@article{oai:soar-ir.repo.nii.ac.jp:00013070, author = {佐藤, 元太郎}, journal = {信州大学工学部紀要}, month = {Jul}, note = {After the first report, author has studied the effect of Hot Dip Aluminizing on sulfied corrosion cracking of High strength steel and high chromium steel. The results obtained were as follow : (1) By the rupture test of the specimens, the most appropriated value of H₂S concentration for initiation of crack and etch pit was obtained for each steel. The value was about 1400 ppm in SCM21 steel, and about 4000 ppm in SUS 24B steel. (2) Sullied stress corrosion cracking of SCM 21 steel was prevented by aluminizing the whole surface of specimens. On the other hand, in a partial aluminized specimen crack was initiated when was given a stress which was over 90 % of the yield point. (3) In aluminized SUS 24B steel, etch pit was not found After 500h. test in 4000 ppm., Article, 信州大学工学部紀要 24: 73-80 (1968)}, pages = {73--80}, title = {鉄鋼の応力腐食割れにおよぼすAl被覆の影響(2):高張力鋼,高クロム鋼の硫化物割れ}, volume = {24}, year = {1968} }
