A four-terminal resistance attenuator can be calculated by an accurate formula and has been used in all the fields of communication. It is true, hewever, that a multi-terminal attenuator is, in fact, to be required in the communication as well as a four-terminal attenuator. In this paper, a multi-terminal attenuator is discussed. This principle is to make a six-terminal attenuator that one element of a four-terminal attenuator may be an output-terminal. The base six-terminal attenuator and four-terminal attenuator are combined and connected so as to design the multiterminal attenuator. The base six-terminal attenuator is to be carried out so long as it has a constant attenuation. Therefore, when the multi-terminal attenuator requires attenuation larger than the costant attenuation, it has to be connected with the four-terminal attenuator that has the deficient attenuation. The condition on which the multi-terminal attenuator can be carried out is calculated and the example of design is practically illustrated., Article, 信州大学工学部紀要 9: 55-73 (1960)}, pages = {55--73}, title = {多端子抵抗減衰器}, volume = {9}, year = {1960} }
