As the results of observations, a dynamic characteristic curve of the dielectric's capacitance vs electric field has been decided for the design of dielectectric amplifier. The relations between propeller types of hysteresis loops and short time aging effects has been examined. The characteristic curve for the single crystal and ceramic films which are unstable for d. c. bias strength has been decided in various frequencies.
