This paper is described as follows, that is, the test of viscosity, acid value, saponification value, iodine value and refractive index, etc. , which was compared the converted oil with the original caster oil in chemistry and physics, also the temperature characterristics of the dielectric constant and dielectric loss in 103 was measured.
