As a result of analysis, about the regional difference, the spatial differences of the activity and consciousness are small but the differences on regional scale are large. Further-more, about the generation difference, it is clear that community consciousness and activity are different depending on the generation. Especially, the difference between young generation, middle-aged generation and senior generation are large. Then, I examined the cause of the gap between the activity and the consciousness. As a result of analysis, the difference of life stage produces the gap between activity and consciousness of community.
