 note = {本稿は、現在広く行われている高大連携の問題点を整理し、問題点の解決につながる新しい形の「大学と高校のコラボレーション」を実験的に構築した。これは、「大学生と高校生」、「大学教員と高校教員」、「大学教員と高校生」、「高校教員と大学生」の問の双方向コミュニケーションが可能なコラボレーションであり、地域価値を高めるための試みである。大学生は信州大学人文学部で「英語科指導法」の授業を受講している学生であり、関係した大学教員は同大学の英語学を専門とする教員である。一方、高校生は長野県松本県ヶ丘高等学校の生徒であり、関係した高等教員は同高等学校の英語担当教員である。大学生が高校生に英作文を指導するということを軸に、高校側と大学側が、たがいに、波及的教育効果および地域価値をもたらす仕組みを作り、高大連携を実践した。双方向コミュニケーションの手段は直接対面、インターネットそしてペーパーの3種類である。約1年後にこの効果について分析した。その結果、この高大連携の形おとび方法は従来行われていた高大連携の問題点のいくつかを克服し、加えて地域価値を高めることが可能なものであることが明らかになった。 / Since the governmental report on education in 1999, many attempts have been made for the joint programs between high schools and universities. This paper reviews the on-going programs, clarifies their advantages and shortcomings, and proposes a new model of bilateral collaboration, which will overcome the shortcomings of the present models. Many of the present joint programs involve only the one-way communication from university professors to the high-school students through lecturing. However, this new bilateral collaboration involves communication between not only professors and high-school students, but also, university students and high-school students, professors and high-school teachers, and high-school teachers and university students. Through these various channels of communication, this collaboration aims not only to carry out the supplementary education to high school students as many present programs intend, but work collaboratively in educating the young generation (both high school and university) and through this education, enhance the community brand., Article, 地域ブランド研究 2: 145-168 (2006)},
