First of all, we take an overview of sightseeing trend in Nagano prefecture, and typify the trend of the number of visitors from 1975 to 2000 by optimal matching analysis. As a result, we classify the eight patterns, and in addition, bring these patterns in four types. We examine the relation of these four types and the trend of the behavior in vacationland in national survey data.
