@techreport{oai:soar-ir.repo.nii.ac.jp:00014457, author = {高須, 芳雄}, month = {Mar}, note = {For the development of oxide electrodes of electrochemical super-capacitors, hydrous ruthenium oxide was prepared by the salt-catalytic method with NH4HCO3 developed by our laboratory. The hydrous ruthenium oxide provided high capacitance, 642 F g^<-1>, even after a heat-treatment at 300 ℃. This value is ca. 21 times higher than that reported in literatures (30 F g^<-1>). A proto-type super-capacitor with layered ruthenic acid developed in our laboratory as electrode materials was made. This capacitor provided high energy density, and high power density. On the other hand, highly active anode catalysts for DMFC (Direct Methanol Fuel Cells), PtRuRh/C, were developed. The catalytic activity of the catalyst for the oxidation of methanol was 140 A/(g-Pt)^<-1> at 60 ℃. This is the highest value in literatures reported so far. The alloying and sintering processses of PtRu/C catalyst, that is a typical anode catalyst of DMFC were clarified. A new phenomenon, grooving of graphite surface layers by metal particles in hydrogen atmosphere, was discovered., Article, 先進ファイバー工学研究教育拠点研究成果報告書 11: 35-35(2005)}, title = {15-1-10 : 電気化学エネルギーデバイス用電極の開発}, year = {2005} }
