@techreport{oai:soar-ir.repo.nii.ac.jp:00014464, author = {阿部, 康次 and 寺本, 彰}, month = {Mar}, note = {Cells in vivo are surrounded by extracellular matrix (ECM) composed of collagen, glycosaminoglycan (GAG), etc. It is well known that GAG regulates the growth, differentiation, morphology, and functional expression of cells. We have already reported that polysaccharide type polyelectrolyte complex could control osteoblast functions. In this report, we immobilized polysaccharide on tissue culture dishes (TCD) by photo chemical reaction and cultured chondrocyte (ATDC5) on these dishes. On the hyarulonan and carboxymethyl chitin immobilized surfaces, ATDC5 formed aggregates and cell specific function were enhanced. On the alginic acid, carboxymethyl cellulose and sulfate hyarulonan immobilized surfaces, the cell proliferated similar to TCD. These results suggested that the function of ATDC5 were mainly affected by structure of polysaccharide., Article, 先進ファイバー工学研究教育拠点研究成果報告書 11: 44-44(2005)}, title = {15-2-5 : 天然多糖類の高機能化と医用材料への応用}, year = {2005} }
