@techreport{oai:soar-ir.repo.nii.ac.jp:00014490, author = {小駒, 喜郎 and 近藤, 慶之}, month = {Mar}, note = {Cytochrome P450 (CYP) is a heme-protein and plays important biochemical roles, such as drug metabolism, steroid hormone biosyntheses, and so on. Therefore, CYP is very useful for sensing and reacting to important materials as related to the physiological function, but it is difficult to apply as such as a biosensor, because it is unstable against temperature. While carbon nanofibers (CNF) are molecular wires that exhibit interesting structural, mechanical, electrical and electrochemical properties. The purpose of the present study is that the CNF are to use a matrix for immobilizing heme-protein, such as CYP and cytochrome c (cyt.c), for aiming at new biosensor. A carboxyl groups were introduced in the CNF surface, and then cyt.c was bound to the CNF. The CNE(cyt.c was immobilized on glassy carbon electrode (GCE), and the GCE/CNT/cyt.c showed a good electron transfer and stability., Article, 先進ファイバー工学研究教育拠点研究成果報告書 11: 81-81(2005)}, title = {15-3-14 : カーボンナノファイバーへのヘムタンパク質の固定化による新規バイオセンサーの作製}, year = {2005} }
