@techreport{oai:soar-ir.repo.nii.ac.jp:00014501, author = {宇佐美, 久尚 and 仲佐, 昭彦 and 鈴木, 栄二}, month = {Mar}, note = {Clay-Coated nylon fiber was fabricated by dipping a raw fiber in aqueous clay colloid due to an electrostatic interaction of anionic clay sheet and cationic nylon surface. The surfaces of the clay coated fiber were investigated by a SEM, showing some scale-like structure. The Photo-resistivity, especially toughness for uv-light, was improved by the uv-absorption of the clay coated layer for an example, tensile strength of the clay coated fiber was improved by 5 % Compared to the uncoated original one. Alterative multi-Coating with poly allylic amine improved the photo-resistivity. However the multi-coating effect was saturated at ca. 5-layers. AFM observation revealed that there we small defects of the clay coating, which could introduce the uv-light to decomposed the nylon core., Article, 先進ファイバー工学研究教育拠点研究成果報告書 11: 94-94(2005)}, title = {15-4-2 : 薄膜コーティングによる光機能性繊維の開発}, year = {2005} }
