From the results of gelation test, we found that cyclo(dipeptide)s, which are prepared from artificial sweetener Aspartame, are good gelators for ionic liquids. The formed gels showed thermally reversible sol-t0-gel transition due to the non-covalent interactions. Gels of ionic liquids were characterized by high ionic conductivity. For instance, the ionic conductivity of C4mim/BF4 gel was 3.20 mS/cm.
