The net of S. marmorata larvae is divided two parts, one is a nest where the larvae lives (type 1), and the other is feeding net (type 2) which filter the river water and collected the particulate organic matter (POM). The net of type 2 was consisting of fine mesh size and thin fiver than that of type 1. Each type of net was measured by tensile test (Tensilon UMT-III-100). The net of type 1 is stronger than that of type 2, and the elasticity, of net was depending on velocity of river water., Article, 先進ファイバー工学研究教育拠点研究成果報告書 10: 50-51(2004)}, title = {15-2-7 :水生昆虫類の絹糸の構造解析とそれを利用した水質浄化法の開発}, year = {2004} }
