@techreport{oai:soar-ir.repo.nii.ac.jp:00014633, author = {梶原, 莞爾 and 綿岡, 勲}, month = {Mar}, note = {Cotton fabrics were dyed with indigo (vat dye) and CI Reactive Red 120 (reactive dye), and then enzymatically decomposed. When dyed with indigo, the cotton fabric was decomposed consistently up to ca. 50% and then farther in two steps, showing no dye-concentration dependence. When dyed with reactive dye, the cotton fabric was decomposed up to ca. 50% but no further decomposition was observed within the observed time. Here the decomposition rate seems to depend inversely on the dye concentration. The results indicate that indigo is attached physically to cellulose in an aggregated state and will not suppress the enzyme activity. On the other hand, reactive dye is chemically linked to cellulose molecules near the free edges of the crystallites Cringed micelles), so that the enzymatic reaction is prevented at those sites., Article, 先進ファイバー工学研究教育拠点研究成果報告書 10: 118-118(2004)}, title = {15-5-11 :染料の繊維固着機構のナノスケール解析}, year = {2004} }
