Viscoelastic properties of solutions and films which were obtained from the solutions by removing water were measured by a cone-plate type rheometer and a dynamic tensile strength measurement apparatus. Composition ratio dependences of viscoelasticity of the solutions and the films were determined. The experimental results suggested the possibility of viscoelasticity control of solutions and films. Further, thermal properties of blends with different water content were measured by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC).
