内容記述 | 硝酸をゾル-ゲル反応の酸触媒としてだけでなく、窒素源としても利用することで、窒素ドープ酸化チタンを調製した。調製した窒素ドープ酸化チタンは紫外可視拡散反射スペクトル、XPS スペクトル及びX 線回折パターン測定により同定を行った。トリクロロエチレンの光触媒分解反応を行い、FT-IR スペクトル測定により親分子及び生成物の量の変化を観測することで光触媒活性を評価した。トリクロロエチレンは紫外光だけでなく可視光でも分解され、CO、CO2、COCl2、HCl の生成物を得た。繰り返し実験を行っても同様の結果を得られた。特別な窒素源や装置などを使わない簡易な方法で調製した窒素ドープ酸化チタンは可視光でも高活性であり、光触媒として安定に機能することがわかった。 | |||||
