The subjects with high Se concentration of whole blood had eaten higher values for fish,m eat,b ean,a nimal protein,a nimal fat and plant fat,a nd ingested high value of Se from fish,m eat etc. They ingested Se value of 99 (4 4-204 )ug /day from fresh food.
