Authers did quantitative analysis for neutrient in Corbicula atrata livig in Lake Suwa of Nagano prefecture. 2. Authers separated amino acids into twelve kinds (for instance:- Asparatic acid etc.) through systematic quantitative analysis by Brazier's copper salt method for amino acids in proteins of Corbicula atrata. 3. Histidine, which is generally considered very difficult to be separated, was done succesfuly. 4.
