@article{oai:soar-ir.repo.nii.ac.jp:00017246, author = {永井, 算巳}, journal = {信州大學紀要}, month = {Jul}, note = {This article is aimed to axplain the character of the so-called "Chinese resident students superrising rule accident",resulted from the promulgation of a rule pertaining to Chinese student's entry into Japan's school (Ministerial Ordinance of the ministry of Education, No.19, dated Novenber 3, 1906). This is a Collateral part of my main study of the inter-relation between those students and the Song-Yat-Sen (孫逸仙) revolution, which put an end to the last dynasty in China. The Gist of my enclusion is summarized as following. There were obviously two types among chinese Students who were studying in Japan in the middle Age of Meiji. -The one is decadant and the other revolutional. The Japan's Ministry of ducation promulgated a rule to guide the former in Compliance with the true object of foreign resident students system. However, the rule, in reality,
resulted in giving many disadvantages to the latter, despite of strong denial of the Ministry. Ultimately all 8, 000 Chinese students, declaring democratic rights of freedam, protested against the Ministry with the long 40 day's strike. Historical materials call us to pay keen attention to the fact that the Ministerial rule was promulgated to restrict their revolutional activities against Shincho (清朝) under the disguise of guidance of the decadant students, through close mutual Cooperation of the two goverments., Article, 信州大學紀要 (2): 11-34(1952)}, pages = {11--34}, title = {所謂清国留学生取締規則事件の性格:清末留日学生の一動向}, volume = {2}, year = {1952} }
