 note = {People, such us doctors and lawyers who are or were in the situation happen to know the secret of the patient or the client in performance of their profession, sholild keep secret from others. Such people have the privilege to refuse to give evidence in court concerning the above secret. This is what is called the privilege of disallowance to give witness, based on the duty to keep secret.
