 note = {I. Marks that Mencius excluded "Mo-chia"."Chien-ai-shuo" (兼愛説) and "Chiek-tsaug-shuo" (節葬説) were two marks that he excluded.  II. Reason that Meneius excluded "Mo-chia". 1. Therefore, in lore of "Mo-chia". there was opposite theory against Confucianism.  2. Therefore, in lore of "Mo-chia" there was theory that looked like Confucianism but not agreed it.  3. Therefore, lore of "Mo-chia" prevailed in those days so that interrupted to develope Confucianism.  4. Therefore, lore of "Mo-chia" had influence over the region where Mencius convassed so that it was difficult to do it.  III.
