We obtain better results for C_q=<n^q>/<n>^q moments in high energy collisions, provided that the number of the \"excited hadrons\" at the initial stage is constant irrespective of the incident energy √<s>. A KNO scaling function in the two-component model is also derived and applied to data. Moreover, the foward-backward correlation is considered.
