However, in this social physical education which attained such a wonderful result, there's arise a problem that the number of participants is fixed and public facilities and expense are used only for limited people, and so social education which has so far developed has faced the first barrier. Therefore, this survey was made to make its actual condition clear and to find what the problem is, and the survey shows that from eighty to eighty some inhabitants do not take past in social physical education at all through all the year round, and only ten some % inhabitants fixedly take part in this field of social physical education. And it is shown that this actual condition of partipation is proportiond to the condition of participation in physical education in school days, and the orientation and classification of social physical education or life physical education has already been made up in bad form in school education, so we cannot solve the problem only through looking for the way of increasing the number of participants, and if we do not examine how school education should be, the promotion of the social physical education in the fourth period will become very difficult and -it will only remain as it is now., Article, 教養部紀要 20: 183-196(1986)}, pages = {183--196}, title = {社会体育への住民参加の実態と問題点}, volume = {20}, year = {1986} }
