 note = {The conservation of environment is a vital question affecting the people's livelihood and economic development of all countries. As industry develops, environmental situation will be affected and in some of the socialist countries, the contamination and damage of environment have even become serious social problems. For example, in China, they have beginned to prevent industrial pollution of the environment by waste gas, waste liquid and residue in accordance with the principles of multiple utilization, turning the harmful into the beneficial, and relying on the masses. However, to understand them, we must treat socialism which represents the early stages of communism as a society of a transitional nature.
