One of them is the National thought of the Tennō System, and the other is the Constitutional thought of the Tenn6 System. Both of these thoughts, whose function was to develop the Japanese Imperialism, were opposed to each other, but at the same time they were interdependent. "Rikken-Shugi" and "Minpon-Shugi" which are the leading ideologies in the Taishyo Democracy Movement. are exactly the Constitutional thought of the Tennō System. It is this thought that captivated the people who took part in the Taishyo Democracy Movement. Yukio OZAKI who is taken up in this article is one of the representative thinkers of this school.
