In the present LBM, the order parameter and its distribution function are independently defined for each body to prevent coalescence of the phases. In addition, the force based on the Lennard–Jones potential is taken into account for the interaction between the bodies. This method is applied to the motion of two bodies in Poiseuille flow between two parallel walls. Flow characteristics and pressure fields around the bodies are obtained at low Reynolds number (Re = 1.0).
