The aim of the optimization problem is to maximize the efficiency of the extraction function that is commonly utilized to extract necessary products from mixturesowing through microchannels. The extraction process typically depends on the use of multiphaseuid phenomena and the components of the mixture have different mass diffusivities. In this study, the lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) is employed to compute the multiphaseoweld during the optimization process.
