pneumonia以下VAP)は、気管挿管後の人工呼吸器管理により発症する院内肺炎であり、集中治療領域において最も多い感染症である。また、VAPの合併により死亡率や入院期間、医療費のすべてが増加することが知られている。今回、人工呼吸器関連事象(ventilator-associated event以下VAE)サーベイランスを導入し、今まで使用してこなかったデバイスの導入や、VAP予防に有効であるとされるケアをバンドルとして行うことで、VAPが減少するのではないかと予測した。VAEサーベイランスの実施とバンドル遵守率を出したが、バンドルチェック表記入率、バンドル遵守率が低く、効果的にバンドルが実施できていないことがわかった。今後はバンドル遵守率を上げた上で、VAP予防にバンドルは有効であるのか検証する必要があることが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10_description_30":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ（コンテンツの種類）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10_description_5":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録
