A teacher struggles between ideal and reality. A teacher is between the ideal of "kyoshi" and the reality of "kyouin" (Imatsu), and he is an "intermediator" (Sato). Yanagi(2012) uses the "confrontational 2 clauses-code" to describe a strategy for being a teacher. The teacher sees the reality as evil, and he thinks that only he is good.
