か所の訪問看護ステーションのうち、精神看護専門のステーション2 か所を除いた6 か所に勤務している男性訪問看護師10 名を対象に半構成的面接による調査を行った。調査内容は、属性3 項目（年齢・看護師経験年数・訪問看護師経験年数）、男性訪問看護師の経験3 項目（訪問看護の現場で、男性であることで困ったこと・男性であることで良かったこと・男性看護師が働くことの意義）とした。調査内容の男性訪問看護師の経験をもとに、逐語録を作成し、意味の近いものをまとめ、それぞれ［小カテゴリー］『中カテゴリー』【大カテゴリー】と命名した。逐語録を帰納的に分析した結果、大カテゴリーとして【困った経験はない】【利用者の思いに配慮したケア】【関係性の築きやすさ】【利用者・スタッフから頼りにされる】【少数派としての孤立】【男性の視点をケアに反映】【仕事が円滑に進む存在】【記憶に残る存在】の8 個が抽出された。本研究の結果から、対象者である男性訪問看護師は、男性訪問看護師ならではの利点が多い経験をしていることがわかった。しかし、少数派としての孤立を経験していることから、職場に複数男性スタッフがいた方が働きやすい環境になるのではないかと考える。今後、男性訪問看護師の就業者数が増え、働きやすい職場を構築するためにも、医療・福祉の現場で広く周知してもらうなどの認知度を高める取り組みが必要である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_6_description_30":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ（コンテンツの種類）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_6_description_5":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"信州公衆衛生雑誌
