年7 月にM 市内の総合球戯場でゲートにいた成人と、2016 年9 月から10 月にM市内の商業施設の成人の来店者とS 大学医学部主催の健康講座に来た成人の参加者を調査対象者とした。調査内容は対象者の属性、主観的健康感、生活形態、直接スポーツ観戦の有無などであり、無記名式質問紙調査を実施した。分析は、主観的健康感について「主観的健康感高群」と「主観的健康感低群」に分けて、それらを従属変数とし、「地域活動に関する事柄」、「生活習慣に関する事柄」、「健康維持に関する意識」、「直接スポーツ観戦の有無」を独立変数として、多重ロジスティック回帰分析を行った。その結果、「夢中になれるもの」（OR＝3.41、95％ CI＝1.270─9.167）、「規則正しい生活」（OR＝2.64、95％ CI＝1.251─5.585）、「直接スポーツ観戦」（OR＝2.584、95％ CI＝1.158─5.766）が、主観的健康感を高める要因であった。これらのことから、人生において、夢中になれるものがあることや、規則正しい生活を送ること、直接スポーツを観戦することが、主観的健康感に大きな影響を与えていることが分かった。また、直接スポーツを観戦することや、直接スポーツをすること以外にも、スポーツに関わる、あるいは携わることが、健康に対する意識を高め、健康の保持増進に影響を与えることが推察された。したがって、スポーツができない高齢者や患者においても、スポーツを観戦することで、主観的健康感が高まり、人生における楽しみや生きがいにつながり、「近隣の人との交流」、「地域での活動に参加する」などの社会的活動やその役割、意識をも高め、主観的健康感も高まると考えられた。今後、健康寿命の延伸に向けた健康づくりのためには、今回明らかになった主観的健康感を高めるような要因が充実する介入や支援ができる体制を作り上げることが重要であると考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_6_description_30":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ（コンテンツの種類）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_6_description_5":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"信州公衆衛生雑誌
